- Abstracts must be written in clear English. Correct grammar use and spelling are the author’s responsibility.
- Title: Make the title of the abstract brief under 30 words in Title Case.
- Key words: please provide 4 to 6 keywords.
- Body of the abstract should be structured into the following sections: Introduction, Results, Acknowledgements (if applicable), References. Abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter. Cite references in the text using sequential numbers in square brackets.
- The abstract’s body may not exceed a maximum of 300 words.
- References: The list of references should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication. Reference list entries should be alphabetized by the last names of the first author of each work.
- One table or figure is accepted as part of the abstract and should be submitted as a JPEG file that should not exceed 400 pixels in width and 600 KB in size.
Other important considerations:
- Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee or by appointed reviewers. The Committee reserves the right to assign a different type of presentation than the one selected by the author.
