Please review the technical and preparation requirements before attending the conference.
Instructions for Oral Session
Accepted file formats
Use Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 (.pptx) or Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) to ensure that your presentation opens successfully on the on-site computer.
Presentation equipment
Personal laptops cannot be used for presentations. Prepare your presentation for use on the conference computer.
Video playback
Compress videos before submission. Accepted video formats are MPG, WMV and AVI.
Instructions for Poster Preparation
Bringing your poster
Presenting authors must personally bring their posters to the conference. Posters should not be mailed in advance.
Title and author information
Include the paper title, author names and affiliations at the top of the poster. Use bold lettering approximately 3–4 cm high.
Poster readability
Artwork and lettering should be large and clear enough to be read from approximately 1.5 metres.
Poster number and mounting
Your poster number will be published in the programme book sent with the final information email. Scotch tape will be available for attaching posters to the boards.
Poster session attendance
Authors must be present at their respective poster boards during the poster session.
Mounting and removal
Posters may be mounted at any time, although early mounting is encouraged. Posters must be removed after the final session on Friday.
